Helping Families Get Active and Stay Healthy
At Fit & Fun Kids, we’re passionate about helping families build active, healthy habits together. We understand the challenges parents face when trying to get kids away from screens and moving more. That’s why we’ve created a space where fitness feels easy, affordable, and – most importantly – fun.

Our WHY
Why We Started Fit & Fun Kids
We believe kids thrive when they’re active – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Movement helps them grow strong, stay focused, and feel confident. But we also know life gets busy. Not every family has access to sports clubs or expensive gear.
That’s why we started Fit & Fun Kids:
- To share practical fitness tips that work at home.
- To make activity affordable with budget-friendly ideas.
- To build a community of families helping each other stay healthy.
Our open-source research project gives parents a voice. By sharing fitness data, families can contribute to resources that benefit kids across the UK.
